Our Founder’s Vision: Ephor Co was founded by Alexander Jansen, a communications strategist who spent over a decade leading corporate affairs initiatives at some of the world’s most influential organizations – including TikTok, BlackRock, and NATO. Alex saw firsthand that impactful results require breaking silos and looking forward. By establishing Ephor, he set out to deliver a more holistic, future-focused approach to corporate affairs consulting. We are proud to be a queer-owned firm, and inclusivity isn’t just a value on paper – it’s at the heart of who we are and how we operate.
